To reserve a fitting appointment, click the following link (or paste it into your browser):

On that page, choose a time for your fitting, check the box, and click the “Submit and Sign Up” button.

 

Next, enter your name and e-mail address. NOTE: YOU DO NOT have to create an account to sign up for an appointment. You only need to enter your name and e-mail address. Click on SIGN UP NOW

 

Once you see a confirmation screen, you can exit the site.  A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address you entered.
